Exercises

Chiropractic exercises offer a natural and non-invasive way to alleviate back and neck pain, improve spinal health, and increase overall flexibility and mobility. They can be tailored to target specific areas of pain or discomfort, and are often low-impact and easily modified to accommodate individual needs or limitations. These exercises can be performed at home or under the guidance of a chiropractor or physical therapist, and can be integrated into a larger treatment plan that may include other chiropractic techniques. By improving posture, reducing tension and stress, and increasing range of motion, chiropractic exercises can promote overall wellness and enhance quality of life.

Truth is, improper shoes and movement patterns we have been used to has created damage through our body! Correcting your style of walking can be a good exercise, but if you continue to walk the way you walk, then you are probably going to further damage to previously injured tissues! try this correction and let me know what you think in the comments below!
